De cursus begint met 3 weken Bioinformatica (toets op 27 februari), daarna volgen 7 weken met een combinatie van Wiskunde voor biologen en Theoretische Biologie (toets op 12 april). Zie wederom het rooster op de biologiepagina.
Werkcolleges zijn in het Minnaert en BBL, computerpractica in het Minnaert. Op woensdagen en vrijdagen zijn er vaak zowel werkcolleges als computerpractica. De studenten zijn daarom onderverdeeld in drie grote groepen: A, B en C, die beurtelings werkcollege en computerpracticum hebben (zie rooster op de biologiepagina).
