A well-structured training program is one of the hallmarks of
MERIT.
Beside local training several network wide training activities are
offerd to the ESRīs. The training activities of each partner will be
mutually recognized and network wide awarded with European Credit
Points (ECTS-credits). Complementary skill training will be offered
both locally and network wide associated with meetings and conferences.
Within all workshops and courses high level of active participation is
central. Learning by doing is the motto, which will give the employees
of MERIT the possibility to test the experimental procedures using
their own research material, when possible. Five workshops and four
complementary skill training courses will be given as part of the
network.
